  28. I understand this perfectly.  I know there is this shortcoming in the
  29. program and I appreciate the ideas etc. that have been put forward.

  31. One other type of flickering I have noticed occured in the earlier
  32. versions of my current project.  When the screen was scrolled I noticed
  33. the darker colours left a bright "After image".  I have since managed to
  34. fix this but I do wonder why this occurs.
